Witap is an Indonesian organization named witap.me to develop a SaaS platform. The platform allows companies to register and upload their documents. Once all relevant documents are uploaded, they receive a widget to embed on their website. This widget enables customers to engage in AI-driven conversations to get answers to their queries.
💭 Our Role
We were responsible for the end-to-end development of the backend of the SaaS tool. This included everything from designing the database architecture to building the logic and deploying it on Digital Ocean.

Overcoming challenges in integrating various technologies seamlessly and ensuring smooth communication between the backend and frontend teams were significant hurdles. However, effective collaboration and problem-solving skills helped overcome these challenges.

Potential future enhancements may include:
- Further optimization of AI conversation capabilities.
- Enhancing document management features.
- Making the bot omnichannel. Currently, it is only available on websites as a chat widget. Organizations can expand its reach by integrating it with messaging platforms such as Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram, providing a consistent and seamless experience across various social platforms.
